Plant Care & Liability

Thank you for entrusting your plants to our care. While our team is skilled in plant maintenance and nursery practices, we cannot guarantee the survival of your plant. Certain factors—such as undetected pests, diseases, or power outages during winter—are beyond our control.

We also do not guarantee the safety of delicate, oversized, or rare pots that your plant may arrive in. In the unfortunate event that your plant does not survive, storage fees for that plant will be waived.

If your plant requires repotting or other necessary care during its stay, we will notify you. Any such services will incur material and labor costs.

Storage Rate & Payment Terms

• Storage is billed at $5.00 per square foot per month.
• Your plants are measured at their two widest points to determine square footage.
• Pick-up and delivery are charged depending on location.
  
• Payment is due in advance via credit card, ACH, or another recurring/automatic payment method.
• Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• Your final invoice will be prorated from the the day of the month of pick up to the day of the month of delivery.
