Heuchera 'Obsidian' Coral Bell

'Obsidian' is compact yet vigorous and boasts almost black leaves. In mid spring small white flowers rise 10" above the foliage.

Coral bells provide year around foliage interest in a variety of exposures (depending on the cultivar). Use as a ground cover, in drifts or in masses. Heuchera appreciates moisture in dry periods and likes a free root run. Most of the selections offered are bred from the heat and humidity tolerant H. Villosa which is native to the southeastern US.
